Video Diagnosis: If a complex quality issue arises, our engineers provide video diagnosis.

During the warranty period, any defect caused by materials or manufacturing workmanship will be supported with repair solutions, replacement parts, or product replacement based on the issue evaluation.

Our warranty commitment is backed by 25 years of OEM & ODM manufacturing experience, strict quality control, and full-process testing before shipment. Each piece of equipment undergoes testing and inspection to reduce the on-site failure rate from the source.
