Greaidea's engineering team treated this not as a simple order, but as a joint development project. We deployed a three-pronged strategy:
1. Gas Manifold Redesign: Our engineers created a simulation of the gas distribution within the gas pipes. Based on this, we customized an internal gas piping system to meet the client's needs, optimizing the pipe diameter and calibrating the nozzle positions to ensure uniform flame distribution across all four burners.
2. Burner layout: The most powerful burner head is placed at the top of the shape, but the burner spacing is reasonable and not too far from the user interface.
3. Ergonomic Control Placement: The knob layout was carefully tested against the new symmetrical burner positions. We adopted a slightly offset, ergonomic cluster design, ensuring the user's hand is never directly over the flame while adjusting the controls.
Strategic Functionality Upgrade To meet the demand for tangible performance improvements and address the Functionality Upgrade requirement, we integrated high-value components:
Precision Control Upgrade: We replaced standard valves with our market-leading 9-Step Precision Valve Technology. This provides end-users with nine distinct mechanical click-stop settings, offering unmatched flame control for simmering or flash frying.
Safety & Convenience Integration: We have adopted a dual-function system: the knob can also be equipped with an LED illuminated knob to improve the overall aesthetics; and a timer is provided for specific stove heads, which makes the product stand out in the field of smart kitchen appliances.
